Born in Copenhagen, Denmark (1975)

Moved to Australia in 1983 with family (both parents potters)

Attended University of South Australia, studying Bachelor of Design (glass and ceramics)

Returned to Denmark in 1998, 

Employed as Chief Decorator Museum Erotica,  Copenhagen (1999-2009)

Apprenticed as a House Carpenter (2009-2012) HM Træindustri ApS 

Employed as a House Carpenter with HM Træindustri ApS (2012- 2022)

Currently employed by Monstrum making kick-ass playgrounds to kids all over the world.

A bit about me: 

I grew up in a creative home where building and creating stuff was the norm, my parents are talented artists and craftsmen and their proficiency has always inspired me, at the end of my teenage years I even aspired to follow in their footsteps,  I've been turning pottery since I was 11 yrs old when I started producing mini-pots for doll houses and batty collectors. Despite my intentions I became disillusioned with that direction and after 10 years building exhibitions and displays at Museum Erotica I became a mature age apprentice and this has been my vocation since.

My interest in wet shaving started in 2020 where out of Corona induced boredom I shaved off my full beard and soon became frustrated with generic cassette razors and can foam soap. Upon discovering the world of wet shaving it didn't take me long to want to make my own gear and what started as an experiment soon became a small hobby production as like minded enthusiasts expressed interest in my craftsmanship.

I produce exclusive, high end, small batch shaving products for the quality conscious Gentleman (and Lady😉)

The pottery is made at my parents pottery studio on the island of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea,  where I visit a few times a year. I'm very lucky to have access to their studio, glazes, kiln and not least their 50+ years of experience. 

My designs are heavily inspired by my Nordic roots and are constantly evolving, each new batch brings me closer to my goal of producing the finest shave bowls in the world.
